We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice. We guarantee that the goods purchased on this website are fit for the use for the particular purpose described.

Payment & Pricing:

All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We accept all major credit and depit card payments.

Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

 

Postage:

We cannot take responsibility for any item that goes missing after delivery has left from Giftwood Design. We will provide you a tracking code for the items send through courier company.

 

Cancellation / returns and refund:

If received items do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or exchange as long as items are in perfect, unused condition and you contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returning the item is at your cost.

If the item is not as descriped or is broken or faulty, we will take the approariate procedure to refund and / or replace. All cases are looked into individually. Contact must be made within 5 working days of receiving the order.
Our returns policy does not apply to custom orders.
 

Product care:

•      All items come with care instructions, please ensure you follow these.

•      As a finish we use natural foodsafe mineral oil and organic beeswax.

•      All candle holders come with burning instructions and Giftwood Design is not reliable for any damage caused by misused of these instructions.

•      Giftwood Design does not take responsibility for any damage when care instructions are not adhered to with any of our products

 

We handcraft all our products. Due to the unique nature of the wood and the handmade process, some variations in design and color will occur. Especially rimu is well known for its color variations from darker heart to the lighter outer. All timber is handpicked and candle holder sets are made sure all three are made from the same piece of timber.
