I just love this piece!

It is simple, but eye catching at the same time. Various various timber varities have been used in this piece, different grain patterns mixed with different thicknesses. Every single piece has been a part of Hawke's Bay in some way, a doorframe, windowsil, cladding, a table, winebarrel, an office desk...
If you look closely, you can find one piece of oak with a hint of red as it used to be an old redwinebarrel.

Frame is made of rimu and oak.
