Our chopping boards are handmade from recycled NZ native rimu, which is ethically sourced around Hawke's Bay.
They can be ordered in three different size

As Rimu is well known for its beautiful colour variations from the darker inner part to the lighter outer timber, these boards show their truly remarkable beauty with this simple stripy design.
All boards are oiled generously with 100% foodsafe mineral oil and finished with organic beeswax

After use, clean with warm soapy water and wipe dry with a teatowel.
Do not leave soaking in water
Store in shade
When needed, re oil with foodsafe oils like mineral oil or tung oil.
Do not use basic cooking oils as they might make the timber ransid over time
